Sequence-Level Validation

Inference of CRISPR Edits (ICE) analysis of Sanger sequencing data verified precise double-strand break repair at the genome. CRISP-Fect-mediated Cas9 delivery yielded 55% indel efficiency.
Functional Therapeutic Knockout

CRISP-Fect was utilized to deliver Cas9 RNP complexes targeting the essential survival gene Survivin (Survivin KO sgRNA) in MDA-MB-231 wild-type cells. Targeted gene knockout resulted in a ~65% reduction in cell viability.
